  We had a Voucher for Sunday lunch, however there were no Sundays available to use it. The girl I spoke to on the phone said that she would kindly honour the voucher, so my husband booked a days annual leave and we made a reservation. I even called up twice to make absolute sure that the voucher would be honoured- I was assured it would be. However, when we arrived at the restaurant yesterday we were told that they would only knock £20 off the food bill! Needless to say we were very disappointed. To top it all of they wouldn't let us eat downstairs as they said all the tables were reserved. Just as well my parents were able to look after our new born as carrying a pram upstairs would have been difficult. Food was OK. Over all very poor customer service and will not be returning.

  Excellent food and drinks. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it.
